Was able to check in via Whatsapp. The messaging app within Booking did not work as well. I answered the same questions a couple of times but it worked out OK. Having whatsapp is key and not all do it, so support the property for keeping up with this aspect.

There was no air conditioning. It was a little warm and while there were fans (more meant to be heaters) it would have been nice to have more of a fan in the central room, or perhaps I missed something. I wasn't expecting aircon so it's not a disappointment, just something I may look for again.

It is well located, it has cafes nearby, the building is new and the area is highly recommended for walking.

Cleaning is totally poor. Upon arrival, the sheets seemed totally dirty. There was even hair inside the beds that were supposed to have just been changed. The apartment has strong odors due to the lack of cleaning, there is dust on the furniture, tables and chairs. There are musty smells and although the apartment is supposed to be non-smoking, it had a strong cigarette smell. They need to do a complete cleanup of the site so it can be a good option.
